Sessions at a private training studio in West Vancouver. Great for progressive strength work and barbell training.

Vinyasa flow for strength and breath, or deep yin for fascia and recovery. Available virtually.
Patient, intentional coaching with a heavy focus on form and on teaching you how each movement should actually feel in your body. Pregnancy and postpartum is my specialty and passion.

Monthly billing, paid in advance. Most clients train 1–2× weekly. All sessions are 45 minutes.
