Strong Mom Classes

Join our small group fitness sessions geared towards getting you strong for motherhood! Postpartum isn't a phase, it's forever! New and seasoned moms are welcome to join.

These 45 minute classes are designed to build strength, focusing on functional moves for motherhood, breath, core strength and mobility. No matter how far into your motherhood journey you are, the small group setting can ensure personalized attention and modifications given to meet your needs.

💲$210 for 7 classes ($30 per class)
