Service Policy

At Oak Movement, we are committed to providing the highest quality personal physical training services to help you reach your fitness goals. Please read our service policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions of our services.

  1. Personalized Training Programs: Our trainers will work with you to create a personalized training program that caters to your individual needs, goals, and fitness levels.

  2. Cancellation Policy: We require a 24-hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Failure to give adequate notice may result in a fee.

  3. Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds for any personal physical training services. However, we may offer to reschedule missed appointments at the discretion of our trainers.

  4. Late Policy: We ask that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If you arrive late, we may not be able to provide the full length of the scheduled session.

  5. Liability Waiver: By agreeing to our service policy, you are acknowledging and assuming any and all risks associated with the training program. We highly recommend that you consult with a medical professional prior to engaging in any physical activity.
