My Story
As someone with over 10 years of experience training clients, I understand the journey of falling in love with movement and the power of strength.
Growing up playing competitive sports, movement was always a part of my life. But when I went to university and stopped playing sports, my movement stopped. For years I struggled to stick to a consistent workout program and feel good in my body.

It wasn't until I shifted my focus from aesthetics to athleticism and strength that I truly fell in love with movement. The confidence that comes with feeling strong and capable is something that I want to share with everyone. That's why I became a trainer - to help people find their strength and get to where they want to be.

If you're struggling to stay motivated or don't know where to start, I'm here to help. Let's work together to create a personalized plan that fits your unique needs and helps you feel your best. Let's find your strength together.
